Java Developer (Remote - US)

Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based automation solutions that integrate multiple internal systems
• Collaborate closely with team leads to understand requirements and proactively execute tasks
• Design, implement, and test APIs to ensure seamless data transfer between tools like intake forms and configuration systems
• Utilize SQL Server and API testing tools such as Postman to verify and troubleshoot workflows
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by independently overcoming technical challenges
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and progress
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the automation team to enhance process efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Java Developer or JavaScript Developer with solid backend development skills
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and experience writing and optimizing queries
• Hands-on experience working with APIs and API testing tools, including Postman
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of tasks from requirement gathering to delivery
• Comfortable working remotely while adhering to Eastern or Central Time Zone working hours
