OverviewAbout the Role This role involves supporting and developing FoodStorm’s Order Management software platform, focusing on full-stack software and database development to build and enhance product functionality. As a Software Engineer II, you will play a critical role in enhancing our services, solving technical challenges, and directly impacting our customers' experience by maintaining the highest standards of our software solutions. • Develop full stack software and database enhancements to introduce new product functionality.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve bugs/issues in collaboration with the support team.
• Maintain standards for security, code integrity, and system documentation as per company protocols.
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager, Senior Engineers and Product Managers to size and deliver software projects efficiently.
• Actively participate in continuous process improvement to enhance product quality and address common customer complaints.
• Engage consistently in team rituals and product development processes to ensure alignment and contribute to team goals.
• Participate in On-call support activities.

About You Minimum Qualifications

• 4 years + proven experience in Web Application Development.
• 4 years + Proficiency in Microsoft .NET, C#
• 4 years + Skilled in Microsoft SQL Server (SQL Azure preferred), including
• T-SQL, Tables, Views, and Stored Procedures.
• Familiarity with cloud-based services, ideally the Azure Platform.
• Exposure to front-end frameworks including React.
• Experience writing and maintaining front and backend unit tests
• Demonstrated capability in building security-centric software with a strong understanding of security practices including OWASP.
• Ability to work autonomously and be accountable for delivery of features and projects
• Able to regularly communicate the status of features to your team/manager, emphasizing blockers and risks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective time management abilities.
• Able to remove blockers independently.
