Senior Project CoordinatorAbout The Role We’re seeking a Senior Project Coordinator who’s ready to step into a pivotal role, guiding project delivery across our Professional Services team. You will be instrumental in managing and optimising the project scheduling process, ensuring every aspect of our service delivery is timely, accurate, and efficient. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, manage complex priorities, and effectively navigate escalations. By combining strategic oversight with a customer-first approach, you’ll be a key player in shaping our sustainable growth and high-performing team culture. As the Senior Project Coordinator, you will:
- Direct and organise all scheduling tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Serve as the main point of contact and handle escalations for stakeholders and team members.
- Guide the team in effectively prioritising the shared workload.
- Manage complex client change requests with care and attention.
- Oversee resource availability and creatively address any resourcing challenges.
- Provide constructive feedback following progress meetings and reporting sessions with the wider team to support continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring all tasks, milestones, and dependencies are properly tracked.
- Drive process improvements to enhance team productivity and ensure timely project delivery.
- Work closely with clients to ensure expectations are clear and projects are delivered as promised.
- Lead meetings with internal teams and stakeholders to review project progress, identify risks, and discuss solutions.
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have…
- Proven experience in a senior project coordination or similar position
- Experience in organising and managing complex scheduling tasks and workflows.
- Ability to effectively communicate with and manage both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring colleagues to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to manage resource allocation and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Attention to detail in project planning, scheduling, and data entry.
- Proven experience in handling client requests, including complex change management and maintaining strong relationships.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
