Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our expansion efforts in the EMEA region. Reporting to the VP - Sales, this position will be responsible for driving growth initiatives, cultivating strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence in the EMEA region.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Promote the inav brand within the target communities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Travel through assigned territory to meet with current and prospective customers.
  • Formulate comprehensive business development plans aligned with company objectives to penetrate new markets and achieve revenue targets. 
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Utilize insights to capitalize on growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business development activities. Monitor financial performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Attend industry related functions and events.
  • Uphold a strong company image consistent with the company’s core values.
  • Maintain a culture of professionalism and quality.
  • Performs other requests and duties as assigned by management.

CORE COMPENTENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Minimum three years of proven experience within the aviation industry.
  • University Degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft engine parts, maintenance practices, and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
