About the Role:

As an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove obstacles, and ensure your teams are high-performing and aligned with delivery goals. You’ll work across cross-functional teams and play a key role in driving successful project outcomes in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
• Remove blockers and improve team efficiency
• Track sprint progress and ensure alignment with business goals
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA to ensure quality and delivery

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and frameworks
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or Agile PM certification preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
