Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Customer Success Manager to ensure customers achieve the best results from our products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship-building skills and be able to support customers throughout their journey with the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support new customers during onboarding and product setup
  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs
  • Respond to customer questions and resolve issues quickly
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and product usage
  • Provide product training and guidance to customers
  • Work with sales and support teams to improve customer experience
  • Help customers renew subscriptions and identify growth opportunities

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and customer service abilities
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts
  • Basic understanding of SaaS products or digital platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in customer success or account management
  • Knowledge of customer success tools such as Gainsight or Zendesk
  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills
  • Experience working with remote teams.
