Are you a seasoned sales leader with a passion for energy solutions? We're seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our team in the Western Region. This role offers an opportunity to shape the future of our business and make a significant impact.

_***Must reside in one of the following locations: Williston, ND; Minot, ND; Dickinson, ND; or Denver, CO.***_Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Team Empowerment: Mentor and coach a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Customer Centricity: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, anticipating their needs and delivering exceptional solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and drive results.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Track Record: 5+ years of successful sales management experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of energy products and services.
  • Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Location:

  • Must reside in one of the following locations: Williston, ND, Minot, ND, Dickinson, ND, or Denver, CO.

Compensation:

The annual base salary for this position is between $150k – $200k.

Candidates for this role (office-based/hybrid/remote) must be located in or near the listed locations. The salary range provided is an estimated range for this position at the time of posting and applies to the potential locations. HULK will extend a competitive offer based on various factors, including geographic location, skills, qualifications, experience, and performance.

Please keep in mind that the range stated above is the full base salary range for the role and does not include other forms of compensation.
