The position will focus mainly on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central but also offers the correct applicant exposure to learn further tools such as UKG & Time Management Solutions.
Title: HR Systems Consultant (or Senior) Focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (& Time Management a Bonus)
Requirements:
- The primary point of contact for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in Germany
- Outlining and executing system specifications, overseeing interface functionalities, and transferring data into SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Maintain a network of key users internally, advise them, and ensure their process design aligns with HR system standards.
- Further develop the SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
- Train key company users with our train-the-trainer method using the Digital Adoption Tool
- Leading testing efforts for new features and releases
- Willingness to learn (or have experience already) other systems such as: OpenText, People Doc, UKG Dimensions) Time Management
Experience Required:
- A minimum of 3 Years working hands-on with SAP SuccessFactors
- Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central and Time Tracking, with certifications in one or more SuccessFactors modules highly preferred.
- Technical or economic studies or equivalent practical experience.
- SAP HCM system knowledge (Desirable)
- Having expertise in human resources processes and experience in deploying HR IT solutions, such as spearheading the rollout of SuccessFactors Employee Central in global organizations (beneficial)
- Experience in international projects and teams, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- _German & English Langauge Skills to a Professional Level__Whilst this position is 100% remote, all applicants must reside and live in Germany._Compensation: up to 80,000 Euro Per Annum + Great Benefits.
