HLC is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns for select cycling brands and retail partners. This role requires a thorough understanding of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. In addition to developing and executing campaigns, this role will also be responsible for promoting HLC's Digital Marketing services and attracting additional clients. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, result-oriented individual, and while a passion for cycling is ideal it is not mandatory. Having experience sourcing and managing offshore Digital Marketing support would be considered an asset.
During a typical day you will:
- Develop, implement, and maintain digital marketing strategies that align with customers’ business objectives.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, promotional emails, and automated email sequences.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns with focus on Google advertising, Social Media ads, and display advertising.
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of existing campaigns, adjusting as necessary to ensure optimal ROAS.
- Meet directly with B2B and B2C clients to provide regular updates and ensure expectations are met.
- Collaborate with supporting team members, including external offshore team support.
- Work with other departments, including the HLC sales force, to identify potential new Digital Marketing clients and then pitch them HLC's Digital Marketing services.

- Experience with search optimization and lead generation
- Keen understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC
· 5-10 years digital marketing experience
