Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Strategic Project Lead to work on a contractual basis. This person will be responsible for leading strategic projects on the Micro1 platform, working in a remote setting, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion, and meeting the required quality standards.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs, utilizing the Micro1 platform.

• Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans to ensure successful project execution.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement changes as necessary to ensure project success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading strategic projects, preferably in the technology or software development industry, with a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software development, data analysis, and problem-solving, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop insights that inform business decisions.

• Experience working in a remote setting, with the ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
