Technical Sales Engineer (Remote) | £40,000 - £50,000 We're working with a rapidly expanding specialist engineering manufacturer on this exciting opportunity. Join a business that has invested heavily in its infrastructure and is ready to reward an ambitious sales professional with a high-growth territory and significant earning potential. This is your chance to step into a highly autonomous Technical Sales position where you will act as a technical consultant for electrical and manufacturing solutions. You will leverage your engineering expertise to solve complex client challenges while maximizing your OTE through a lucrative commission structure. The Role

  • Drive new business development by identifying and securing high-value technical contracts across the UK.
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert, providing bespoke engineering and electrical product consultations to clients.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial lead generation to technical specification and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure recurring revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular customer site visits and technical demonstrations to showcase product performance and reliability.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in Technical Sales or Business Development within an engineering, manufacturing, or electrical environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex electrical components or industrial systems.
  • A hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding sales targets and developing new territories.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting technical solutions to both engineers and procurement leads.
  • A full UK Driver's License (essential for site visits and client meetings).
