Halliday Marx have partnered with a large hospitality company to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk on a permanent basis.

This role is fully remoteResponsibilities

Match, batch and code incoming invoices from suppliers

Prepare payment runs

Bank reconciliations

Manage credit card transactions

Monitor multiple mailboxes

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience within an Accounts Payable function

Excellent understanding of debits and credits

Experience with Excel
