GTM Talent is recruiting on behalf of a high-growth, pre-IPO SaaS company recognized on the Crunchbase Unicorn Board for its market impact and rapid global scale. The company is a category leader in accounting workflow automation, serving thousands of finance teams worldwide across enterprise and mid-market segments.
The business is now making a major strategic investment in the DACH region — an under-developed but high-potential market where early commercial hires will have meaningful ownership, visibility, and long-term upside. This role is ideal for a driven German-speaking AE who thrives in greenfield environments and wants a seat at the table as the company builds out its regional go-to-market engine.

What You’ll Do
- Own the full end-to-end sales cycle across the DACH region
- Prospect into finance and accounting leaders; build multi-threaded opportunities
- Deliver demos and lead high-impact commercial conversations
- Build, manage, and close a robust pipeline across enterprise and mid-market prospects
- Collaborate with BDRs, Sales Engineering, and Marketing to execute territory plans
- Articulate compelling ROI and business cases to senior finance stakeholders
- Provide structured feedback to shape product evolution and regional GTM strategy
- Travel within Germany and Europe as required, up to 30 percent
What You Bring
- 2 to 5-plus years of successful SaaS closing experience
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Professional fluency in German and English
- Ability to lead discovery, manage stakeholders, and close new business independently
- Competitive, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-growing environment
- Experience selling to finance or accounting personas is helpful but not required

Germany: Fully remote from any city OR
Hybrid option from our modern Soho London office
