The Role

We’re hiring multiple Full-Stack Software Engineers to join Owner’s growing product and engineering team.

This is a product-focused, high-ownership role for engineers who enjoy building end-to-end systems, shipping impactful features, and working closely with product, design, and customers.

This role is fully remote and open to candidates based anywhere in the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec). San Francisco–based candidates may optionally work from Owner’s new Presidio headquarters.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship new product features from concept through production
• Own projects end-to-end across frontend and backend systems
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers on roadmap and feature planning
• Work directly with user workflows and real customer use cases
• Help shape engineering standards and contribute to a high-performing team

Must-Have Requirements

Candidates should meet most or all of the following:

• 3–5+ years of professional software engineering experience building production applications
• Experience at a top-tier startup and/or MAANG-level company
• Proven history of owning, shipping, or scaling impactful B2B or B2C products
• Demonstrated upward trajectory (promotions, increased responsibility, strong performance recognition)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related field) from a strong accredited university
• Strong experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, React (or React Native), Kotlin
• Experience using AI professionally and/or building AI-powered products
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical work and business impact
• Positive, collaborative, and high-ownership mindset
• Authorized to work in the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec)Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Clear examples of going above and beyond to drive business impact (growth, engagement, retention, churn reduction)
• Active GitHub, open-source contributions, hackathons, or meaningful side projects
• Experience in one or more of the following domains:
• AI agents or AI automations
• Growth engineering / product-led growth
• Commerce, payments, point-of-sale, or ordering systems (UberEats, DoorDash, Toast, Instacart, Square)
• Loyalty programs or lifecycle marketing platforms
• High-visibility consumer or mobile applications
• Data analytics or data-driven products
