You will assist clients from globally renowned companies while working in a dynamic and multicultural environment. Candidate Profile

• Proficient in Dutch (C1/C2 level) with a good level of English (minimum B2)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Manage incoming user requests via telephone, email, and chat. Accurately log interactions in case management systems and provide appropriate responses and resolutions.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively updating customers on the status and progress of their cases.
• Customer Service: Deliver high-quality support for post-sales inquiries, including deliveries, warranties, and refunds.
• Sales Support: Provide inbound sales assistance and promote products to contribute to revenue growth while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
• Sales Targets: Meet quarterly sales objectives while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
• Order Management: Record and follow up on orders and requests, ensuring all required data is accurately captured in CRM systems in accordance with client policies and procedures.
