We believe in rewarding ambition and promoting from within. About The Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will assist prospective and current guests, address inquiries, and ensure that our residents feel supported throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing questions about properties, reservations, policies, and services.
  • Guests' Relations: Assist residents with requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless living experience.
  • Booking Assistance: Guide potential customers through the booking process, including availability checks, pricing, and terms.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle complaints or concerns efficiently, aiming for timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to address tenant needs or service requests.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from residents to identify areas of improvement and enhance service delivery.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and issues in the company CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - With a preference for an extra language.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a growing, dynamic team.
