The Role:

As a Social Media Executive, you’ll create content strategies, produce short-form videos, design graphics, and engage followers to boost brand presence and generate sales across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll also work with influencers and collaborate closely with teams to create impactful campaigns.

Fitpreneur is a results-driven marketing agency specialising in fitness, wellness, and personal development brands for some of the biggest creators out there. We partner with high-impact creators, coaches, and digital entrepreneurs to scale their brands and build loyal online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage content calendars across social platforms for creator brands.
• Produce short-form videos, design graphics, and create Instagram Stories that drive engagement.
• Work with influencers and UGC creators to generate compelling content.
• Write captions, scripts, and hooks that convert.
• Monitor performance, engage with followers, and build communities.
• Keep up with viral trends and adapt them creatively to each brand.

Must-Have Skills:

• 2-4 years of social media management experience.
• Strong video editing and design skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.).
• Experience creating social media graphics and running Instagram Stories.
• Excellent copywriting for social-first formats.
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, engagement, and trends.
