It's fun to work at a company where people truly believe in what they are doing! Job Description:Provide strong back up support to ensure that monthly Independent Contractor (IC) Recruitment targets for the UK and Ireland are met
- Shortlist skilled candidates for UK & IRE IC roles as per business requirements
- Administer recruitment assessments and communicate results to candidates promptly
- Check assessments within 24 hrs of being administered
- Maintain accurate records of IC recruitment applications, CVs, test results and record IC progression on a Recruitment Tracker
- Keep track of the administration around IC contract documentation folders to ensure accurate and speedy completion
- Conduct right to work checks as appropriate
- Acknowledge IC queries within 24 hrs, respond fully within 48hrs
- Arrange IC interviews with hiring managers upon completion of recruitment assessments
- Request IC references prior to them signing contract documentation and achieve completion within 2-5 business days
- Request IC vendor IDs & WD accounts/IDs upon completion of DocuSign
- Upload IC contract documentation on TMX upon completion of onboarding
- Liaise promptly and effectively with relevant teams with regards to onboarding of ICs – OTS, ATS, VCR, UKC, Private Diary Resourcing Teams & Finance Team
- Complete a Daily Recruitment Tasks Checklist
- Report on IC Recruitment targets in weekly recruitment update meetings
