This role This role will be a key strategic partner to our leaders, enabling them to activate and amplify their people. You’ll be instrumental in driving a high-performance and high-productivity culture across your portfolio, bringing data-driven insights and a deep knowledge of best practice to activate our leaders. Your role will be pivotal in driving the commercial success of Employment Hero through:

  • Providing world-class guidance to our senior leadership team, helping them to achieve their growth objectives at maximum velocity
  • Advising on our organisational design, ensuring we’re optimised for success and set up to scale effectively
  • Leading the charge on talent management and succession planning, guaranteeing that we’re enhancing leadership effectiveness
  • Establishing and maintaining a high-performance culture throughout Employment Hero
  • Amplifying the Employment Hero Way (Mission First, Remote First, AI First, Apolitical)
  • Collaborating with Talent Acquisition, People Ops and Launch teams to design the right strategies and programs to amplify performance and effectiveness
  • Understanding your portfolios business, metrics and deliverables to achieve success

As our Lead People Partner - Operations & CX, you’ll be responsible for: Strategic alignment

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to understand their objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and translate them into actionable people strategies that deliver our business goals, OKRs and BHAG.

Performance & growth

  • Partner with leaders to drive and maintain a high-performance culture through effective performance management processes, goal setting and enhancement plans
  • Amplify the commerciality and effectiveness of teams. We are seeking a highly commercial, performance focused business partner that can lead and activate improved performance across Operations and CX.

Talent management & organisational design

  • Drive talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development, to ensure an internal pipeline of top talent to meet current and future business needs.

Employee engagement

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction, ensuring that employees are motivated and aligned with the Employment Hero’s mission, principles and values.

Change management

  • Lead change management efforts by providing guidance and expertise in change initiatives, helping leaders navigate transitions, and fostering a culture of resilience and adaptability.

Insights

  • Use AI and HR analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leaders, enabling data-driven decision-making in talent management and HR strategies.

  • Proven success in aligning business goals to people strategies, to drive performance and effectiveness
  • Experience in a people partnering role, ideally with large portfolios across multiple geographies
  • Expertise in leveraging AI and HR analytics to provide actionable insights, optimise talent strategies, and support organisational design for global scalability
  • Experience in workforce planning, succession management, and leadership development to build and sustain a strong internal talent pipeline
  • Tech-savvy and experienced working with cross-functional teams, preferably in technology or product led companies
