You. Our Next  Project Manager.

You’re an efficient project manager with 3-4 years experience and ready to manage the day-to-day of your client accounts. You will partner with fellow project managers and account teams to deliver operational discipline and delivery excellence from project briefing to hand-off. Ideally, you’ve worked in an agency environment before and are comfortable in an agile environment. You are comfortable working across multiple projects at once, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, on budget, on brief, and of the highest quality. 

What You’ll Do

• Manage small, multi-faceted projects and support more senior PM’s on larger projects
• Monitor day-to-day activities of the project and ensure work is progressing as planned
• Manage schedules, budgets, project scope, and overall organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon
• Work with functional teams to develop and manage creative development and production timelines
• Monitor project risks and scope creep to identify any potential problems and proactively find solutions
• Own project and resource management data entry and reporting
• Deliver the highest quality service to clients and effectively communicate changes/directions to internal team members
• Communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to clients, team members and Account Management on a regular basis; escalate issues accordingly via the appropriate channels
• Consult with senior staff to seek guidance and input during the key phase of each project
• Provide administrative support to senior staff, including project initiation, folder management, status reports, scheduling, vendor onboarding, invoicing etc.

Preferred

• 3-4 years of project management experience at an agency, managing marketing projects as well as technical builds of websites and applications
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and nimble environment
• A commitment to work with intelligent and friendly team members to delight our clients with great work
• Ability to work on multiple projects with varying complexities and deadlines
• Familiar and proficient with project management and communication tools such as Monday.com, Forecast, Slack, and G Suite
