🎯 Your Role
Respond to inquiries from French-speaking customers by phone, chat, or email.
Provide accurate information on energy-related products and services.
Process administrative requests (contract opening/closing, billing, etc.).
Efficiently identify and resolve technical or billing issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality.
✅ Desired Profile
French C2 required (perfect spoken and written).
Basic English required.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Ability to work independently while adhering to procedures.
Proficiency in basic computer skills (office software and CRM).
Team spirit, proactivity, and a strong customer service orientation.
Availability Monday through Sunday on a rotating schedule (2 days off per week).
