What will I be doing…
As Country Sales Manager for ROI, you will be responsible for the execution of sales strategy and operations to support profit generation. You will lead the P & L process for the business unit, focus on sales excellence, coaching and mentoring teams within consultative selling and collaborating with other business units.
You will be managing a high performing sales engineering team in UK & Ireland. Together you will be responsible for aligning the business with a new five-year corporate strategy, setting direction and targets, and implementing the changes necessary to exceed them.
What skills / experience I will need…
You will be able to demonstrate a history in the sales industry with a background in technical understanding of engineered solutions selling. Experienced in consultative selling with the ability to build long lasting relationships with customers.
Ideally you will bring experience in coaching and managing remote teams alongside strategic thinking, proven negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
