Hire Digital is looking for a strategic and creative Health and Wellness Content Writer to elevate a wellness expert's blog. You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and guiding high-quality content creators and strategists to produce insightful, accessible, and evidence-backed content around NDIS allied health services, with a special focus on child development, mental wellbeing, and occupational & speech therapy. RequirementsRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Curate and onboard content creators—including writers, therapists, and strategists specializing in NDIS-related allied health.
  • Guide content strategy, including topic ideation, editorial calendar management, and SEO planning tailored to families, caregivers, and professionals.
  • Ensure credibility: All content must be evidence-based, client-centric, and reflective of best practices in disability support.
  • Collaborate with creators to craft blog posts, guides, articles, and resource materials that are reader-friendly and respectful of sensitive topics.
  • Audit performance: Analyze engagement, reader feedback, and SEO metrics to refine content direction and ensure alignment with audience needs.
  • Act as the quality gatekeeper, ensuring all content aligns with branding, tone, and clinical accuracy

Requirements

  • Experience in content strategy, editorial curation, or communications—especially in health, allied health, disability, or mental health sectors.
  • Strong understanding of NDIS, speech therapy, OT, psychology, or child development.
  • Portfolio of published content or projects that balance accessibility with clinical credibility.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to assess writer/creator expertise and ensure clinical accuracy
