• Strong experience hosting, acting, or presenting in video formats (camera confidence is essential)
• Exceptional ability to articulate ideas clearly and deliver engaging narratives
• Proven experience drafting scripts that entertain, educate, and retain audience attention
• Highly organised, creative, and detail-oriented — nothing leaves your hands unless it's top-tier
• Comfortable collaborating closely with the marketing team & leadership to align on strategy and tone
• A natural sense of presence, charisma, and storytelling that feels authentic on camera

🤩 What Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience growing a content channel on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or similar
• Background as a UGC creator or digital storyteller
• Knowledge of crypto or fintech (a plus, but not required)
• A portfolio showcasing on-camera performance or storytelling skills

🧑‍💻 What You'll Be Working On

• Take over our Unhosted YouTube channel with the goal of publishing 1 high-quality video per week
• Brainstorm content ideas, write scripts, and lead the on-camera production
• Collaborate with an external editing team to deliver polished final videos
• Create high-performing short-form content when needed (YouTube Shorts, IG Reels, TikToks)
• Track performance analytics and continuously evolve creative direction based on results
