Program Manager – Medical
The Program Manager will lead the coordination and execution of strategic initiatives across a multinational healthcare product portfolio. This individual will serve as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams, managing meeting governance, tracking action items, and communicating key updates to leadership. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining structured program management processes that promote alignment and continuity across initiatives of varying scope and complexity. Additionally, the Program Manager will support activities throughout the entire product lifecycle—from concept development through launch and retirement—while fostering proactive collaboration among technical, operational, and business teams.
This is a 6+ month contract opportunity that will pay $55-$65/hour (depending on experience). All qualified candidates located in EST seeking a 100% remote position will be considered.Responsibilities:
- 
Lead overall program oversight and collaborate effectively across diverse cross-functional teams and organizational levels. 
- 
Partner with technical and business stakeholders to manage dependencies, resolve challenges, and escalate issues as appropriate. 
- 
Develop, manage, and adapt project plans to meet evolving requirements, timelines, and deliverables. 
- 
Communicate clearly and professionally, demonstrating strong written, verbal, and presentation skills across varied stakeholder groups. 
- 
Utilize Smartsheet or comparable project management tools to support scheduling, tracking, monitoring, and reporting activities. 
Qualifications:
- 
Bachelor’s degree required. 
- 
5+ years of experience in program management, marketing, or related functions within the healthcare technology, life sciences, or other regulated industries. 
- 
Demonstrated experience with product lifecycle management. 
- 
Proficiency in Smartsheet (extensive experience preferred) and Microsoft Office applications. 
- 
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams. 
- 
Proven ability in stakeholder and relationship management, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
