About the Role:

We’re partnering with an exciting tech/cybersecurity startup seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for delivering top-notch support in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate product-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth experience with the company’s services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical concerns related to the company’s products.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the product offerings to assist customers with questions and technical challenges effectively.
  • Communication: Engage with customers via email, phone, and live chat, maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude at all times.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product and technical teams to escalate issues and gather feedback for product improvements.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
