• Ship Complete Full-Stack Features: Transform user stories into deployed solutions by clarifying needs, architecting scalable designs, implementing both backend and frontend logic, rigorously testing, and releasing to production
• Identify and Resolve Bugs: Conduct root cause investigations, address underlying issues rather than surface symptoms, and prevent future regressions through effective testing strategies
• Elevate Code Standards: Assess design proposals and pull requests to ensure they are clear, simple, and correct, stopping technical debt at the source

• Creating pixel-perfect interfaces or intricate backend systems solely for the sake of complexity
• Implementing specifications mechanically without grasping the underlying problem

• Self-sufficient execution: Capability to remove your own blockers, manage your own tempo, and navigate uncertainty effectively
• Hands-on experience applying generative A.I. in daily development workflows
