The Role
As Sales Director, you will take full ownership of our UK sales operations, managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and leading our high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for setting and executing the sales strategy, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring sustainable growth across all sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the UK sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Create and implement a robust sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and expand relationships with major accounts and distributors.
- Identify new market opportunities within the cleaning equipment sector.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and service teams to deliver best-in-class customer solutions.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in sales leadership within the cleaning equipment industry – this is essential.
- Strong track record of delivering sales growth and exceeding targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Commercially astute with the ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into actionable results.
- Willingness to travel across the UK to meet clients and attend industry events.
