Role Responsibilities

• Design occupation-specific questions based on real-world concierge workflows
• Apply professional hospitality and guest services experience to create realistic scenarios
• Contribute domain expertise to improve AI understanding of concierge services and decision-making
• Review and refine task content for accuracy, clarity, and relevance
• Collaborate asynchronously with researchers through structured written input.

Requirements

• Strong experience working as a Concierge
• Strong experience delivering high-quality guest services and handling complex requests
• Ability to translate job-specific knowledge into clear, structured questions
• High attention to detail and service accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
