Role Responsibilities

• Oversee daily agricultural operations including crop cultivation, livestock management, and equipment maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve agricultural yield, operational efficiency, and sustainability.
• Monitor market trends and adjust production strategies to maximize profitability.
• Maintain accurate records related to production, inventory, compliance, and operational performance.
• Ensure adherence to agricultural regulations, environmental standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support operational goals and project execution.
• Communicate progress, updates, and operational insights clearly through written reports and verbal updates.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a farmer, rancher, or agricultural manager.
• Strong knowledge of modern farming techniques, resource management, and agricultural regulations.
• Experience leading teams and managing agricultural operations or projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with farm management software and remote collaboration tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to sustainable and innovative agricultural practices.
