Position: Senior Generalist Rubrics Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $65 per hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Contribute to a rubrics-focused project related to shopping
• Apply expert judgment to ensure outputs meet clear, high-quality standards
• Help define and maintain quality standards as the project scales
• Establish strong quality foundations during the earliest phase of the project

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Plato expert
• Strong ability to apply expert judgment to evaluate outputs against defined quality standards
• Ability to contribute effectively in a fast-moving, early-stage project environment
• Comfort working independently and delivering high-quality work on a task-based workflow
