Compensation: $25–$35/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Record natural phone conversations that simulate customer-support interactions (caller side only).
• Clearly spell out names, emails, and phone numbers using a natural Liverpool (UK) accent.
• Vary tone, pace, and delivery, including natural pauses and filler words for realism.
• Record across multiple environments (quiet setting, muffled voice, speaker mode, light background noise).
• Complete up to 30 phone calls across 6 variations and accurately log all required metadata.

Requirements

• Must have a UK Liverpool accent.
• Must be based in the USA, Canada, or the UK.
• Must place real phone calls (VoIP calls are not permitted).
• Ability to complete approximately 3 hours of recorded conversation within the required turnaround time.
• Strong attention to detail when entering call data (codes, speaker information, demographics).
