Position: Vectorworks Expert

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $19–$65/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Apply advanced Vectorworks expertise in real-world architectural and spatial design scenarios to support AI training initiatives.
• Demonstrate and document best practices in file structuring, class/layer management, and iterative design workflows.
• Provide detailed insights into project execution, design refinement, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with AI development teams to accurately represent professional CAD and BIM workflows.
• Clearly communicate design decisions, rationale, and technical processes in written and verbal formats.
• Test and validate AI-generated outputs, providing feedback aligned with industry standards.
• Promote clarity, organization, and innovation within Vectorworks-based projects.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Vectorworks in architectural, spatial, or design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM workflows, including cross-platform integration.
• Expertise in file structuring, class/layer management, and iterative design development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical workflows.
• Experience documenting complex processes for technical audiences.
