Social Content Creator - WellnessUK - Remote£28,000 to £32,000

A start-up DTC wellness brand is looking for a dynamic content creator to join their team.

You’ll lead day-to-day content creation and social media execution across Instagram, TikTok, and Meta. You’ll work closely with their Brand Lead to translate science into scroll-stopping visuals and videos. You’ll also help build community, brief influencers, and fuel performance campaigns with your content.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create and publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and Meta
• Shoot and edit short-form video with a performance-first lens
• Design bold, on-brand static posts and carousels
• Write engaging captions, hooks and CTAs
• Manage and grow community presence
• Source and brief micro-influencers, UGC creators, and partners
• Repurpose blog, email and testimonial content for social use
• Track performance and suggest content optimisations

Requirements:

• A creative, self-starting content machine
• Fluent in Reels, TikToks, memes, and trends
• Confident behind and in front of the camera
• Performance-obsessed
• Excellent with words, visuals and storytelling
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative, Meta Business

Nice to have:

• Experience working with a wellness or fitness brand
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Experience managing UGC or influencer campaigns
• Motion/animation skills for product explainers
