$30 per call booked + $20 per show-up + $150 per deal closed

Construction Industry 

Constructing Greater Minds is looking for a motivated and confident appointment setter to join our growing team.

We deliver leadership coaching, workshops and well-being programmes that help construction companies improve team culture, morale & productivity. You’ll be the first point of contact, calling business owners, generating interest, and booking in calls for our closer. 

What’s involved:

• Making cold calls to business owners in the construction sector - leads supplied 

• Booking qualified appointments into the calendar

• Updating simple CRM notes

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication and people skills

• Self-motivation and reliability

• Previous experience in cold calling essential 

• Previous experience using Apollo desirable but not essential
