Operational Project Manager

• Project Manager to lead due diligence, contract delivery, governance and compliance for upstream housing projects
• Strong project documentation and compliance experience

We're seeking an experienced OperationalProject Manager to support the delivery of complex social housing projects and strategic initiatives across Australia

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded project professional with experience in project governance, due diligence, contract administration, procurement, stakeholder management, and tender processes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead projects through planning, procurement, due diligence, contract execution, and delivery
• Manage tender documentation, evaluation processes, and commercial negotiations
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Procurement, and operational teams to achieve project outcomes
• Prepare business cases, governance papers, strategic recommendations, and poject reporting
• Manage contractual, legislative, governance, and compliance requirements
• Build strong relationships with government agencies, delivery partners, consultants, and key stakeholders
• Support business process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Proven project management experience in complex project environments
• Experience with due diligence, procurement, contract administration, compliance, and governance
• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
• Experience working across multidisciplinary teams including Finance and Legal
• Exposure to community housing, social housing, infrastructure, government, property, or related sectors will be highly regarded
• Public-Private Partnership (PPP) experience is advantageous
