Delivery Manager

As a Delivery Manager, you’ll take ownership of project delivery, ensuring successful outcomes for both our customers and CluedIn. You’ll be a trusted partner, building strong relationships, guiding teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. This role requires balancing customer engagement, delivery excellence, and agile leadership across multiple parallel projects. You’ll serve as a key point of contact, setting clear expectations, resolving blockers, and driving continuous improvement while ensuring CluedIn’s delivery model is applied effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage CluedIn’s engagement and end-to-end delivery across multiple customer projects, ensuring alignment with CluedIn best practices.
• Translate customer business requirements into actionable delivery plans with milestones and success criteria.
• Optimally plan and allocate resources across your projects.
• Act as the main point of contact and escalation for all customer and partner enquiries.
• Be an ambassador for CluedIn, fostering positive and lasting customer and partner relationships.
• Maintain, validate, and improve the CluedIn delivery model with engagement teams and partners.
• Ensure customer value and success, driving high satisfaction and referrals.
• Provide input into the product roadmap based on customer experiences and requests.
• Estimate projects, manage budgets, and contribute to Statements of Work (SoWs).
• Proactively raise risks, identify solutions, and keep projects on track.
• Coach and guide customer and CluedIn teams in agile, iterative delivery, facilitating agile ceremonies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience delivering multiple complex projects, ideally within technology, software, or SaaS environments.
• Strong communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Calm under pressure, skilled at managing competing priorities and driving results.
• Strategic mindset with an eye for operational and delivery improvements.
• Agile delivery experience, with the ability to coach and guide teams effectively.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and delivery tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project).
• Experience in data, AI, or software implementation projects is an advantage (especially MDM / SaaS).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, Prince2, AgilePM) desirable.
