The HR Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations across Clarion North America and Clarion Connect. This role is highly detail-oriented and process-driven, responsible for coordinating core HR activities, maintaining accurate data, and providing timely, high-quality service to employees and leaders.

This position is ideal for someone who is meticulous, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance. The HR Coordinator serves as a key operational partner to the HR team, ensuring all HR processes are executed efficiently and consistently.

How you'll make an impact:HR Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process, including offer documentation, HRIS entry, background checks, and cross-functional coordination with IT and hiring managers
  • Manage onboarding workflows in Workday, ensuring completion of tasks and compliance with company standards
  • Facilitate employee lifecycle transactions, including promotions, transfers, and offboarding
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and organizational structures

Administrative & Process Support (Assistant-Level Work)

  • Monitor and manage the USAHR inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries
  • Process employment verifications, unemployment claims, and routine documentation requests
  • Create and track purchase orders and process HR-related invoices
  • Support payroll processes by assisting with data validation and employee communications
  • Maintain documentation, templates, and standard operating procedures for HR processes

Reporting & Data Management

  • Produce and maintain regular HR reports (headcount, onboarding status, compliance tracking, etc.)
  • Support the preparation of executive summaries and ad hoc reports
  • Assist with regulatory reporting, including EEO-1 and other compliance requirements

Employee Support

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions related to HR processes, policies, and programs
  • Provide consistent, accurate information while escalating more complex issues appropriately
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the employee experience
  • Proactively troubleshoot issues and follow through to resolution
  • Support HR projects and company-wide initiatives as needed

The skills & experience you'll need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR support, coordinator, or administrative role
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday strongly preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
