Asset Management Analyst/Associate

Bullpen, on behalf of our client, is seeking an Asset Management Analyst/Associate to join a growing real estate investment platform focused on multifamily properties across high-growth U.S. markets.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial team and work closely with senior leadership across Asset Management, Acquisitions, and Construction. The Analyst/Associate will play a key role in driving portfolio performance by delivering financial insights, supporting business plan execution, and collaborating with property management teams to maximize asset value.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor property-level financial performance and prepare variance analyses against underwriting and budgets.
• Create and maintain financial models, valuations, and hold/sell analyses.
• Conduct market research to track rents, occupancy, and competitive positioning.
• Support the execution of value-add strategies, renovation programs, and leasing initiatives.
• Partner with acquisitions during underwriting to validate income assumptions and operational feasibility.
• Assist with debt compliance, loan covenant monitoring, and refinancing strategies.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in real estate asset management, acquisitions, or finance (multifamily preferred).
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel (DCF, IRR, NPV).
• Experience with Yardi, RealPage, or CoStar is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
