Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Land Construction/Development Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of land development and construction projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring projects meet timelines and budgets, conducting research, analyzing data to support decision-making, and managing administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of projects. This role requires effective communication and organizational abilities for successful collaboration across teams and with external partners.

Qualifications

  • Proven Analytical Skills for data evaluation, problem-solving, and making informed decisions
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with teams and external stakeholders
  • Experience in a financial analyst role
  • Project Management experience, including planning, coordinating, and overseeing tasks to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software including AI
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in land development or construction projects is a plus
