About The Role BigHand is a global provider of productivity software solutions for the legal industry. We’re seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and help maintain our strong visual identity across all platforms. In this role, you’ll create product collateral, reports, sales sheets, PowerPoint decks, social graphics, website icons, and data visualizations. You’ll work closely with the full Marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Demand Generation. What** you’ll do**

• Understand BigHand positioning and messaging to have the ability to easily take a high-level brief and understand how to represent this visually
• PowerPoint Presentations: Take briefs from marketing stakeholders and translate them into visually compelling PowerPoint presentations. Understand the main points and design visuals that effectively communicate the message.
• Social Selling Templates: Design and create engaging templates for social selling campaigns that align with our brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience.
• Website Design Support: Collaborate with the digital, content and product marketing teams to advise on and support website design. Ensure that all designs are optimized for user experience and align with our brand identity.
• Infographics: Create visually appealing infographics that simplify complex information and data, ensuring clarity and engagement. (Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.)
• Campaign Design Assets: Design a variety of assets for marketing campaigns, including banners, ads, emails, collateral, and other promotional materials. (Experience designing for both web and print required.)
• Animation: Develop animations or collaborate with external resources to produce animated content that enhances our marketing efforts.
• Brand & Design Guidelines: Refine and enforce BigHand’s brand and design guidelines across all creative outputs. Ensure consistency in visual language across all platforms and materials.
• Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with the Demand Generation team, Product Marketing, and Content Marketing to ensure that all design work supports the overall marketing goals of the business.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices. Continuously seek ways to improve design processes and deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-4+ years of in-house graphic design experience, preferably in B2B.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Expertise in Canva, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Experience creating sales documents and establishing brand guidelines.
• Experience designing for both web and print.
• Experience managing staff or vendors.
• Previous in-house experience at a B2B company, ideally in the technology or legal sectors, would be advantageous
