Company Description Www.Berkeleyme.com Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Secretary to Managing Director at Berkeley Middle East located in London Area, United Kingdom with focus on Gulf countries, with flexibility for remote work. The Secretary will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, clerical support, personal assistance to the Managing Director, handling communications, managing team on behalf of MD and managing all his personal arrangements. Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance, Clerical Skills, and Personal Assistance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in arranging travel
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
