Job Summary We are seeking a talented and customer-oriented Live Chat Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance and support to our online customers through our live chat platform. Your goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience and help resolve any issues or concerns they may have. If you are a great communicator with a passion for helping people, we would love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through our live chat platform
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services
  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing their accounts
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide additional support as needed
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify and resolve potential customer issues
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to better serve our customers

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or online chat environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer inquiries
  • Proficient in using live chat software and Microsoft Office
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude and a team player mentality
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and solving problems
  • Knowledge of sustainable landscaping practices and products is a plus, but not required
