Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Benefits

The Marketing function is small but powerful, and now they need a hands-on, creative, and commercially minded Marketing Manager to take campaigns to the next level. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving, dynamic environments and wants to shape a brand from the ground up.

🌳 Your Mission

🌳 Plan, design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable impact.

🌳 Manage day-to-day activity on HubSpot and own the lead generation engine.

🌳 Deliver targeted account-based marketing campaigns across key markets.

🌳 Create engaging nurture email journeys and campaigns.

🌳 Bring creativity to campaign assets, copywriting, and calls-to-action.

🌳 Own social media strategy and execution, with a focus on LinkedIn.

🌳 Partner with third-party media, agencies and event providers.

🌳 Report on ROI and campaign performance, optimising for results.

🌳 Manage budgets effectively and track spend.

🌳 Lead on trade shows, webinars, and client event programmes.

🌳 Proactively build and enrich marketing databases to fuel long-term growth.

🌳 What You’ll Bring

🌳 Proven track record of delivering impactful, integrated marketing campaigns.

🌳 Strong HubSpot (or equivalent marketing automation) experience – a must.

🌳 Excellent copywriting, content creation, and attention to detail.

🌳 Experience in SaaS, software, or high-growth tech is highly desirable.

🌳 Analytical mindset – comfortable with data, reporting, and ROI tracking.

🌳 Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

🌳 Budget management experience.

🌳 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment.

🌳 Commercial outlook and ability to understand client needs.
