Aquent Studios is seeking a focused, detail-oriented Web Content Specialist to support a fast-paced global events and summits pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume publishing environments and takes pride in precision, consistency, and technical excellence. You’ll play a critical role in publishing and maintaining content across high-profile, globally visible event pages—ensuring every update is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time for an international audience. This position is centered on technical execution and content publishing, not site design or content creation. You’ll work within established systems and templates to manage milestone-driven updates, including major global summit moments, while maintaining rigorous web standards. What You’ll Do Content Publishing & Maintenance

  • Execute timely updates across Global Event and Summit web pages
  • Ensure weekly content changes are published accurately and on schedule

Workflow & Asset Management

  • Navigate Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to manage assets and push updates through the publishing pipeline
  • Work within established templates and components to maintain consistency

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to align on global content strategy
  • Ensure smooth hand-offs and proactive communication across time zones

Content Integrity & Quality Assurance

  • Preserve approved messaging and brand voice (minimal rewriting/editing)
  • Conduct thorough QA checks for links, images, formatting, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility

Standards & Best Practices

  • Apply strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern web standards
  • Ensure performance, usability, and accessibility best practices are upheld

Deadline Management

  • Successfully manage multiple concurrent updates
  • Thrive during peak summit seasons with tight turnaround times

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in web content management or digital production, ideally supporting large-scale events or global campaigns
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Experience with Adobe Managed Services (AMS) is a plus
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with a solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution
  • Clear, proactive communication skills in a global, fast-moving team environment

Why Join Aquent Studios? You’ll be embedded within a globally recognized enterprise environment, supporting high-visibility events that reach audiences worldwide.
