Full Stack Web Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React (frontend) and NestJS/TypeScript (backend).
• Architect and optimize APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems leveraging Kafka.
• Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB to model, store, and query structured and unstructured data.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security across AWS cloud environments (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver user-friendly, high-impact applications.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code reviews to ensure best engineering practices.
• Contribute to system design and architecture decisions for scalability and maintainability.
• Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing systems to meet evolving business needs.

QualificationsCore Skills

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3+ years in full stack roles.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript for both frontend and backend development.
• Proficient in NestJS (Node.js framework) for building scalable backend APIs.
• Advanced experience with React for building modern, responsive web interfaces.
• Hands-on with PostgreSQL (relational DB) and MongoDB (NoSQL).
• Experience with Kafka for real-time messaging, streaming, and event-driven architecture.
• Solid knowledge of AWS cloud services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, IAM, etc.).

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).
• Knowledge of system security best practices (JWT, OAuth2, RBAC).
• Exposure to financial systems, blockchain, or cryptocurrency technologies.
