📍 Remote – Spain (or Southern Europe) | ⏰ Full-time | 📅 Start: August 2025

📝 12-month maternity cover with potential to go permanent

💶 €60,000–€80,000, depending on location and experience

Annapurna is exclusively partnering with a high-growth, innovative tech company undergoing an exciting transformation. They’re seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their People & Culture team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave – with strong potential to extend or become permanent.

This role is remote from Spain (or nearby Southern European countries: Italy, Greece, Turkey, Croatia), and supports multiple business units across the region, with a particular focus on employee engagement and cultural alignment during a period of change.

🔍 What you'll be doing:

  • Serve as a regional HR partner for Southern Europe across five tech-focused product business units (20–90 headcount each)
  • Drive talent acquisition efforts in partnership with hiring managers and local teams
  • Champion employee engagement and cultural integration initiatives post-acquisition
  • Provide guidance on local employment law and HR best practices, particularly in Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, and Croatia
  • Support ongoing transformation towards agile, cost-efficient team structures
  • Collaborate with global People teams and senior stakeholders to implement and evolve HR strategies

🎯 What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a People Partner / HRBP / Talent & Engagement role within tech or fast-paced international environments
  • Strong knowledge of local employment legislation in at least two of the target countries (Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Croatia)
  • English fluency is essential, with additional language skills in Spanish and/or Italian
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cultural awareness across diverse teams
  • Experience working with modern ATS platforms (e.g. Smart Recruiters, Lever) a bonus
  • Available to start immediately
