Our client is looking for multiple Workday Tester experienced consultants to join a high-growth organization. If you are interested kindly, please share your CV and let me know your rate expectation.

Role: Workday Tester

Location: Poland (Remote)

Duration: Contract

Skill Sets:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.

• Understands testing methodology, test planning and reporting of testing statistics.

• Extensive knowledge and experience of test- and defect management tools for application testing such as but not limited to Panaya and Azure DevOps.

• Extensive knowledge in and experience of managing integration tests. Managing performance tests would be advantage

• +5 years experience managing testing in HR applications, including test planning, execution and reporting.

• +2 years of experience of working with HR Time applications

• Experience of the ADP Workforce Manager solution will be advantage

• Good organization, time management, decision making and negotiation skills

• Responsibility for end-to-end testing management, independence, discipline

• Ability to promote a team environment, support the importance of team spirit, collaboration, and customer focus

• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and technologies.
