We currently have an opening for a Full-time Recruiter to work from home.

Our Recruiters are responsible for full cycle recruitment and fulfillment for each client we serve. Successful candidates will be resourceful, consultative, process driven and a relationship builder who enjoys working in collaboration with our client teams.

Our Recruiters work directly with hiring managers to understand the position needs, in collaboration with our Research Team to develop the sourcing strategy, attract and qualifying candidates, explain our clients value proposition story, manage the interview and offer process, and generally be our clients Talent Acquisition champion.

To be successful in this role, you will need a combined knowledge of full cycle recruitment experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Essential Requirements of the Job:

  • Comfortable Client facing weekly/bi-weekly meetings
  • Effective soucring capabilities
  • Must fit into our culture and be willing to live up to our values.
  • Minimum of 5 years full life cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success, preferably internal/corporate recruitment or direct hire placement.
  • Full lifecycle recruiting experience in several disciplines recruiting on salaried or professional positions.
  • Demonstrated relationship management experience working with hiring managers in delivering recruiting results.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal teams, clients, candidates and leadership.
  • Strong working knowledge of ATS systems.
  • Collaborative team player and strong communicator; hands-on experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer-service orientation with excellent written and oral communication skills.
