About All With Print

We're a Finnish company with 15 years of packaging experience, now expanding across Europe. We supply custom-printed takeaway packaging directly to clients from top manufacturers, combining high quality with affordable pricing.

We’re looking for a self-employed Sales Account Manager in France to grow our client base, manage incoming inquiries, and build lasting relationships with restaurants, cafés, and others.

Your Role

As a freelance sales rep, you will:

  • Identify and contact potential B2B clients in France.
  • Manage incoming leads and convert them into active customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships to drive repeat orders.
  • Prepare quotes and negotiate deals within set pricing guidelines.
  • Maintain your sales pipeline using Pipedrive CRM.
  • Coordinate the shipments of product sample boxes to the prospects.

Important: You are responsible for managing your own working hours as a contractor.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management (B2B preferred).
  • Comfortable and confident with cold calling (~120–150 calls/week).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in French (English is a plus).
  • Self-driven, reliable, and results-oriented.

  • Base salary: €1500/month during the 3-month trial, increasing to €1800/month thereafter.
  • Attainable monthly performance bonuses: turnover targets reached, new client signings, repeat customer orders, add-on product sales, seasonal or campaign goals.

Payment: You will invoice the company monthly for your base fee and bonuses earned.
